I’m Haya Saad a licensed clinical psychologist and CBT psychotherapist with extensive experience working with complex and challenging mental health conditions. I provide therapy for adults (17+) struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, psychosis, bipolar disorder, suicidal ideation, and more. I also offer DBT for borderline personality disorder and emotional dysregulation. My work includes helping patients with self-esteem, relationship difficulties and burnout.
